Then, you must be integrated with our logistics API CreateOrderAPI, or leverage both the Flexport Shopify App in Seller Portal, and Passport App in Shopify.
Then, you can navigate to Settings > International Shipping. You will see the option to select Passport as your integration provider and enable international shipping. Please also see How Can I Use Flexport to Fulfill International Orders?
Flexport supports Passport orders that are Priority, Express, and Expedited service level. However, Hazmat and Bundles are not yet supported service levels.
For Hazmat and Bundles, after you enable Passport, you will need to navigate to the Shopify Admin → Settings → Markets page, and click the market you want to un-publish a product from. Click Products and pricing. For any custom websites, you need to exclude the SKU on your website directly for international DDP shipping.
Please note that Flexport will cancel Passport Hazmat and bundle orders. These capabilities are coming soon.
