Flexport Native Login

We are excited to announce that we will be migrating all seller portal fulfillment to the Flexport Platform.

This update will provide everyone with a single, seamless login for Flexport Forwarding, Fulfillment, and all other applications.

What is changing?

You will no longer need separate logins for the Flexport Platform and the Flexport Seller Portal. Your accounts will be merged into one unified identity, accessible through a single login. Please rest assured that this update does not affect your current account data or any active operations.

  • Access more Flexport AI technology and products.
  • Switch between freight/forwarding and fulfillment shipments with a single click.
  • View end-to-end data in a single dashboard.
  • Enhanced AI-based reporting.
  • Manage your entire team's permissions across all Flexport services in one place.

Next steps – what you need to do

If you already have Flexport freight/forwarding app access:

  • You can log in and use the app switcher to access both applications:
  • Alternatively, go directly to the Seller Portal and use the Login with Flexport button.

If you are only a Flexport Fulfillment user:
Please keep an eye out for an email invitation to activate your unified account, which will also grant you access to the broader Flexport Platform. We are here to help! If you have any questions during this transition, please reach out to your Account Manager or our Support Team.

Migration Timeline

We are gradually rolling out this new login experience. Our team will reach out with all the necessary details over email in the next few days (some merchants may have already received this notification!).

Expected Completion: 30 September 2026 (complete deprecation of Login with Google, Shopify, Facebook, and Email/Password in the Seller Portal App).
