To log in to the Flexport Seller Portal (Flexport Fulfillment App), you must have an account on the Flexport Client App (Flexport Forwarding App).
- Flexport Seller Portal: portal.flexport.com
- Flexport Client App: app.flexport.com
Approach 1: Via App-Switcher on Client App
- Click on the profile button from the Flexport Client App to find a dropdown mentioning Fulfillment under Your Flexport Apps section
- This button is an app switcher to the Flexport Seller Portal and clicking on it will directly log you into the seller portal
Approach 2: Via Seller Portal Login Screen
- Navigate to the seller portal (aka Flexport Fulfillment App) by going to portal.flexport.com
- Click on Login With Flexport and enter your email address with which you have registered yourself on the client app.
- Click Accept and Continue — you will be redirected to the Seller Portal home screen.
Account Creation Notes
- If you are your company’s first Admin user on the Flexport Forwarding account, logging in this way will automatically create a new Seller Portal account for your company.
- If your company already has a linked Seller Portal account, this flow will simply add you as a new user to that existing account.
