Note: If you have a Client App account linked, you'll see the đ (link) icon at the top of your seller portal.
User management in the Seller Portal has moved to the Flexport Client App. You can no longer add users directly from the Seller Portal. Follow the steps below to invite a new user.
Only Admin users can invite new users to an organization.
Step 1: Open user settings in Flexport Client App
Option A: via Seller Portal
If you have a Client App account linked, open the Seller Portal. Then go to Settings > Users. Click on "Go to Forwarding User settings" â this will redirect you to the User settings page on the Flexport Client App.
Option B: directly via Flexport Client App
Go to https://app.flexport.com and sign in with your Flexport account credentials.
If you don't have a Client App account yet, follow the steps in the How to Migrate Your Seller Portal Account to the Flexport Native Login System guide first.
- Click your profile icon in the top-right corner.
- Select Account Settings.
- Click Users from the left-hand menu.
Step 2: Invite the new user
- Click Invite User.
- Enter the new user's first name, last name, and email address.
- Select whether they should have Admin access.
- Click Send Invite.
The new user will receive an email invitation. The invite link is valid for 7 days. If it expires, you can resend it from the same Users page.
Step 3: New user accepts the invite and accesses Seller Portal
Once the invited user accepts their invite and sets up their Flexport account, they can access the Seller Portal in one of two ways:
Option A: via App Switcher (from Client App)
- Log in to https://app.flexport.com.
- Click the profile icon in the top-right corner.
- Under Your Flexport Apps, select Fulfillment.
Option B: Directly via Seller Portal login
- Go to https://portal.flexport.com.
- Click Login with Flexport.
- Enter your Flexport native login account email and password.
