Summary
The Orders - Backorder Items Report provides detailed information about orders containing currently backordered SKUs, including quantity backordered per order.
It is available in the Reports tab of the Seller Portal for Backorders-enabled merchants and is designed to help you manage backorders and identify SKUs that are out of stock.
This report can be downloaded at any time and includes detailed item information for improved operational visibility.
How to Use the Report
Each row in the report represents an order line with a backordered SKU and the quantity currently backordered. Use filters in your spreadsheet tool or reporting system to group by order or SKU for easier analysis.

| Order Creation Time | Date and time the order was created in UTC. |
| Marketplace Order ID | The unique order ID from the originating marketplace. |
| Flexport Order ID | The unique identifier assigned by Flexport. |
| DSKU | Flexport SKU identifier for the ordered item. |
| MSKU | Merchant SKU provided by the seller for the item. |
| Quantity | The number of units currently backordered for the SKU within the order. |

1. Who can access the Orders - Backorder Items Report?
Only merchants with Backorders enabled will see this report in the Seller Portal.
2. How is this report different from the standard Orders Report?
The Orders - Backorder Items Report focuses exclusively on orders with one or more SKUs that were out of stock at the time of order creation.
3. Will international orders be included?
Yes. The report includes both domestic and international orders, as well as shipments to US territories and military addresses, if Backorders is enabled.
4. How frequently is the report updated?
The report is updated in near real time as inventory changes. Download the report regularly to view the latest fulfillment data.
