FAQs
How do I arrive at total units in the network at the end of day?
Taking net sum of quantity for a DSKU (could be in multiple rows) provides total units in the network.
Why don't the totals in legacy reports (namely Inventory - Lot tracking and FEFO (all products)) available on the portal match with this new report?
Totals in legacy reports did not include pending orders, units in unavailable states, Ops work in progress quantity and In Transit. So, the totals in new reports will vary.
Why isn't there a LOT number associated with some units?
Any In Transit units will not have a LOT number and will reflect once the units are received in the facilities.
The report shows fewer total units than what I expect, how should I go about it?
Any non-compliance or inbounding units are not part of Totals. It shows units physically verified and added to the sellable/available inventory at site.
