The "Products - All Case Packs With Dims And Inventory" report provides a detailed overview of all case packs in your Flexport catalog. This includes their dimensions (length, width, height), weight, and units of measurement (for both weight and dimensions). Additionally, the report shows inventory details such as on-hand quantity and available-for-sale quantity. It ensures that all case packs are accurately cataloged for efficient inventory and shipping management.

This information can also be viewed in the inventory details page (navigate to Inventory and select a specific SKU). However, this report allows you to see these details for all case packs at once, providing a holistic view of your inventory.

 

Purpose

Use this report to:

  1. Validate Case Pack Data: Ensure dimensions, weights, and inventory data for all case packs are complete and accurate.

  2. Streamline Sync Processes: Verify synchronisation between Flexport and connected integrations.

  3. Optimize Inventory Management: Focus on case packs with available inventory to prioritize restocking, order preparation, or alias updates.

  4. Troubleshoot Issues: Identify case packs with missing or incorrect data that may disrupt inbound shipments or order fulfillment.

Report Columns

Column Description
PRODUCT_DSKU Unique Flexport SKU for the case pack, starting with "D" and 11 characters long.
CASEPACK_QUANTITY The number of units in the case pack.
WEIGHT Weight of the case pack.
WEIGHTUNIT Unit of measurement for the weight (e.g., grams, kilograms, pounds).
LENGTH Length of the case pack.
WIDTH Width of the case pack.
HEIGHT Height of the case pack.
LENGTHUNIT Unit of measurement for the dimensions (e.g., centimeters, inches).
PACKNAME Name or identifier for the case pack.
ON_HAND_QUANTITY Total quantity of this case pack available in Flexport’s network (includes both available and unavailable units).
AVAILABLE_FOR_SALE_QTY Quantity of this case pack that is currently available for sale.
