How To Use The Report
The report provides end of day balances in each facility for the selected date for all your products in the network:

Facility Location | City & state of warehouse facility |
Facility | Flexport code for facility location. Also shows In Transit, DTC unallocated & RS Scheduled orders as separately where applicable |
DTC Total Qty | Total units physically present in DTC warehouse includes sellable, onhold, damaged, expired etc |
RS Total Qty | Total units physically present in RS Warehouse includes sellable, onhold, damaged, expired etc |
In Transit Qty |
Shows all units moved within Flexport network. Include DTC<>DTC, DTC <> RS, RS-CD-DTC Does not include inbounding units |
Unavailable for Sale Qty | Units in different quarantine states like On Hold, Damaged, Expired etc that cannot be used for selling in a warehouse |
WH Allocated Order Qty |
DTC: Units reserved for orders and actively being picked RS: Units reserved for order but site has not started to pick/pack etc |
Unallocated Qty | Units reserved for orders in the network but have not been assigned to the warehouses yet |
Receiving Ops WIP Qty | DTC/RS: Units actively worked upon by warehouses for inbounds/receiving |
Outbound Ops WIP Qty | DTC/RS:: Units actively worked upon by warehouses for active outbound orders and in staging locations (units ready to ship) |
Other Ops WIP Qty | DTC/RS: Units actively worked upon by warehouses for internal relocations and temporarily unavailable for sale |

FAQs
- Why do totals in the portal do not match with this report?
- Totals in seller portal UX does not include pending orders, units in unavailable states or Ops work in progress quantity.
- The new “Inventory Levels Report - RS & DTC” is end of day report, while this report is refreshed every hour

Why does WH ATP quantity in the report not match with Available units in Seller portal UX?
- ATP in this report is split by warehouse, subtract unallocated order quantity to arrive at network ATP
- Since the report is refreshed every hour, there will be differences for new orders received in the hour. The differences could be high for fast moving products
