Marketplace |
The sales channel in which the order was created i.e. Amazon, eBay, Walmart. Marketplace can be Flexport if the order was created manually in Seller Portal. |
| Marketplace Order ID |
The ID assigned to the order by the marketplace. The ID format is different across marketplaces. |
| Flexport Order ID |
The unique Flexport ID assigned to the order when it is ingested by Flexport. This is the unique identifier used to identify the order within Flexport. |
| Service Level (Days) |
The number of calendar days between when the order was created and the promised delivery date - typically 1, 2, 3, or 7 days. This is how Flexport determines how quickly we need to ship the order. |
| Flexport Order Cost |
The cost for Flexport to fulfill the order for the given Service Level. |
| Order Creation Time |
Same as CREATED AT. |

Timestamp of when the order was ingested into Flexport. Format: local time with UTC offset (e.g. |

Promised Delivery Time |
Timestamp of when the order is promised to be delivered to the customer. Format: local time with UTC offset. This is determined one of two ways: Flexport either gets the promised by date from the marketplace, or if we didn't receive this, Flexport calculates the Order Creation Time + Given Service Level. |

Promised Ship Time |
Timestamp in UTC of when the order is promised to be shipped to the customer. Flexport has a cutoff time of 11am PST. If an order is created before the cutoff time, it is typically expected to ship the same day. If an order is created after the cutoff time, it is typically expected to ship on the next business day. Estimated Ship Time |
Timestamp in UTC of when the order was shipped. |

Order Status |
The current status of the order. This can be: Processing, Shipped, Delivered, Cancelled, or Error. |

Error Reason |
Potential order errors include: Stockout, Bad Address, Inventory Error, Warehouse Error. |

Delivery Time |
Timestamp of the actual delivery time. Format: local time with UTC offset. |

Ship to Name |
Name of the customer to which the order will be delivered. |

Ship to Address Line 1 |
First line of the address to which the order will be delivered. |

Ship to Address Line 2 |
Second line of the address to which the order will be delivered (can be blank). |

Ship to City |
City to which the order will be delivered. |

Ship to State |
State to which the order will be delivered. |

Ship to Country |
Country to which the order will be delivered. |

Ship to ZIP |
Zip code to which the order will be delivered. |

Disruption Reason |
If there is an event such as inclement weather or carrier outages outside of Flexport's control, any orders that are affected will show a disruption reason code. |
