You have the ability to connect multiple Shopify stores to one Flexport account so you can manage your Shopify fulfillment all in one place. Follow the instructions below to set up multiple stores.
Note: There is no particular order in which you need to add each store.
Before you get started
For each new Shopify integration that you add, confirm that it is not already connected to Flexport via a direct integration or listing tool. Otherwise, it may result in errors or duplicated orders. For more information, please see Avoid Connecting the Same Integration Twice.
What to check:
- Confirm that the Flexport Fulfillment app is not already installed inside the additional Shopify store(s) you wish to connect
- Confirm that you have not connected the store to Flexport through another listing tool or connector app (e.g., Sellbrite, ChannelAdvisor, etc.)
Step 1: Add a new Shopify integration
Add your additional Shopify integration the same way you would have added your original Shopify integration in the steps described in How Do I Connect Shopify, starting with selecting ‘Add Integration’ in your Flexport Portal account.
Step 2: Select the additional Shopify store in which you wish to install the Flexport Fulfillment app
That's it! In just a few seconds, the catalog for your additional store will import and you will see the new store name under the integrations tab in your account.
FAQs
How does having multiple Shopify stores connected impact my billing?
The orders for all of your connected Shopify stores will be consolidated into one invoice. This means that the total fulfillment fees billed to you will be the sum total of orders associated with all of the Shopify stores you have connected to your account.
Will the reports inside my Flexport Portal differentiate which Shopify store my orders came from?
