Should I include my end customer in the ticket?
No — create a separate ticket when reaching out to support. We can only act on direction from the merchant or their account representatives.
What should I include for a faster response?
Your order number, a clear description of the issue, and any supporting documentation. More detail upfront = faster resolution.
Can my end customer contact support directly for a carrier issue?
No — open a ticket on their behalf and we'll help you file a claim.
To protect your privacy, do not include personally identifiable information (SSN, passport number, financial account numbers, etc.) in your ticket or attachments.
