Are you using other fulfillment methods, or do you want to manually review orders before sending to us for fulfillment? A different Shopify configuration that changes the way we import orders might be right for you. This article explains your options to help you choose.
Once you decide on a configuration, go to Sales Channels > Shopify in the Flexport Portal, choose an option, and save your changes. Don't forget the required steps to do within Shopify to complete the setup.
