If you don’t see Fast Tags on your Walmart listings, try these troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue.
1. Know what Fast Tags look like
Walmart sometimes changes the look of their platform, including the appearance of Fast Tags. Below is an example of what you’re looking for.
The badge will include the estimated delivery date, which should be 2-3 business days after shipping, excluding weekends and holidays. For example, if an order is placed on Tuesday after the 2pm Eastern cutoff time and the listing has a delivery date of Friday, that's the equivalent of 2-day shipping.

2. Check that your Fast Tags are turned on
Confirm that you’ve followed these steps in your Flexport Seller Portal account when you initially turned on your Walmart Fast Tags.
3. Make sure your Walmart Fast Tags are mapped to the correct SKU
In your Flexport Portal account, select ‘Inventory’ from the left sidebar menu. Click on the product that is not displaying a Walmart Fast Tag. If your product is not correctly linked to the proper SKU in Walmart, you will see the following error message on the Product Detail page.
To resolve this error, click ‘Fix Walmart Fast Tags’ and input the SKU assigned to the item in your Walmart Seller Center account.
4. Check your product’s inventory
In your Flexport Portal account, select ‘Inventory’ from the left sidebar menu. Click on the product that is not displaying a Walmart Fast Tag, then scroll down to the coverage map. The map is key in showing you how your inventory is spread out across the contiguous U.S.
In order for Fast Tags to display for the most amount of shoppers, your inventory must be in all of the warehouses in your shipment plan. When a product is close to stocking out and is in less than 3 warehouses, the Fast Tag may be removed from the listing.
If you are testing your Fast Tags on the live Walmart listing, try an address within the dark blue regions of the map where Fast Tags are available to see that they are working as intended.
Additionally, Fast Tag coverage depends on carrier performance. Fast Tags will be turned off if weather conditions are impacting a specific region or a carrier is reporting high volumes of order backlog.
5. Resellers only: Is the listing showing multiple merchants selling the same product?
It’s possible you may not have won the “Buy Box”. When a product is sold by more than one merchant, Walmart presents all listings on a single page. However, only one merchant can win the Walmart Buy Box, which is the merchant whose product goes into the cart by default when 'Add to Cart’ is clicked.
For tips on winning the Buy Box, please see, How the Buy Box Works on Amazon, Walmart, and eBay.
6. Make sure your API keys are correct and that your permissions are properly set
If you’ve previously set up your Walmart connection using a “Consumer ID” and “Private Keys,” your connection will no longer work. Be sure that your connection was established using a “Client ID” and “Client Secret,” with all permissions set to “Full Access.” The exceptions are the first and last columns, which should be set to “View Only.”
