Q: Do I need to create or edit any shipping templates in order to get Walmart Two and ThreeDay Delivery?
A: No. If you are enrolled in the Walmart Fast Tag program, we will manage your TwoDay and ThreeDay settings for you.
If you set up TwoDay or ThreeDay Delivery on your own, Flexport may charge you the full TwoDay or ThreeDay fulfillment rate, which can be more than double our discounted Walmart rates.
Q: Do I need to assign my SKUs to shipping templates in order to get Two and ThreeDay Delivery?
Q: Will Flexport create shipping templates for me?
It depends on whether you are using Flexport's direct Walmart integration or a listing tool (e.g., ChannelAdvisor, Pipe17, etc.).
If you are using Flexport;s direct integration, Flexport will not need to create any shipping templates. If you are using a listing tool, Flexport will automatically create templates with names like "Flexport 1234ABCD." Do not modify or assign these templates.
Q: Do I need to modify lag time / handling time?
A: No. Modifying lag time / handling time could affect your Fast Tag coverage. If changed to anything other than zero, it will automatically disable Two and ThreeDay Delivery coverage.
Q: Will I be able to charge for shipping in the contiguous U.S.?
A: No. Walmart does not currently allow merchants to charge for TwoDay Delivery. If TwoDay or ThreeDay Delivery are not available in a region of the contiguous U.S., Flexport will offer Standard Delivery instead (5-7 business days).
