If you decide to inbound your products via freight, you must do the following:
- Provide a valid Bill of Lading (BOL) to the carrier shipping your palletized products.
- Schedule a delivery appointment with each Flexport warehouse you're shipping to (failure to do so or missing an appointment may result in your shipment being delayed or refused.
- Palletize products following pallet requirements, as detailed below or may incur non-compliance fees.

Pallet Requirements
- Size: 48" x 40"
- Type: four-way fork access, standard grade wood or plastic pallet
- In good condition
Packed Pallet Requirements
- 90" high or less, including the pallet for transportation purposes
- Weigh 2000 lbs or less
- We can accept palletized and floor loaded shipments that are in containers
- Contents cannot overhang the pallet edge by more than 1" on any side
- Wrapped in clear plastic stretch wrap
- Completely stable for safe transfer and transit
- DO NOT double stack pallets for inbounding
- DO NOT place bags on pallets
- We DO NOT accept gaylords
- DO NOT affix the box content labels on the pallet or outer shrink wrap - must be affixed to the boxes

Reserve Storage Requirements
- Any pallet 60" or more will be broken down to accommodate storage racks (additional fees apply) - Preparing and transporting into Reserve Storage
- Pallets received with multiple products on them will be separated into single sku pallets (Eg: if you had 4 different skus on a pallet, we would segregate and store them in 4 pallets). You will be billed storage for the pallets that are built during receiving and not for the quantity of pallets that were originally sent. See our Replenishment & Wholesale Pricing
- There must be a unique Reserve pallet label affixed to one side referencing inbound PO number that is provided during inbound creation
