Unavailable for sale are units that cannot be sold. Below are the reasons why units can be unavailable.
Customer orders
These units are not available for sale because they are reserved for an order. Once shipped, these units appear as orders.
Processing at Ecom Facility
These units are not available for sale because fulfillment centers have not yet moved them into a pickable location. This means these units have been received but are not yet in a location in the fulfillment center from which an associate can pick. If units are not available past their estimated receiving time (based on resources here), please contact Support.
Processing at Reserve Facility
These units are not available for sale because Reserve Storage centers have not yet moved them into a rackable location. If units are not available past their estimated receiving time, please contact Flexport Support.
Transferring Facilities
These units are not available for sale because Flexport decided to move them between fulfillment centers. There are 2 reasons why Flexport might move units between fulfillment centers:
- Flexport wants to improve your Fast Tag coverage. By proactively moving units between fulfillment centers--at no cost to you--Flexport increases your Fast Tag coverage.
- Flexport is closing a fulfillment center.
Temporary Facility closure
These units are not available for sale because the fulfillment center(s) are closed due to weather or other unexpected reason. Once these fulfillment centers are opened, units become available for sale.
