Merchants can easily access the Omnichannel Seller Portal (Fulfilment) directly from the Client App (Forwarding) using the built-in App Switcher.
Once you log into the Client App, open your profile menu and navigate to Your Flexport apps. You will see an option called Fulfilment. Clicking this option will take you seamlessly into the Seller Portal — no additional login steps required.
⚠️ Note: Accessing the Client App from within the Seller Portal is not yet supported. Currently, access only works one way: Client App ➝ Seller Portal.
Sign-Up Scenarios
If you’re new to the Omnichannel Seller Portal (Fulfilment), or if your organization hasn’t been set up yet, you’ll need to sign up. The system checks whether your organization already exists and whether you are an Admin before granting access.
1. Your organization is not yet set up in Omnichannel
- A new organization will be created in the Seller Portal.
- A new user account will also be created for you.
- Admins only can successfully complete this type of sign-up.
- Non-admins will not be allowed to create a new organization and will see an error message instructing them to contact their admin.
2. Your organization already exists in Omnichannel, but you are not yet a Seller Portal user
- A new user account will be created for you.
- You will be automatically added to your organization in the Seller Portal.
- Both Admins and Non-admins can sign up in this case, since the organization already exists.
Sign-In Scenarios
Once your account is created in the Omnichannel Seller Portal (Fulfilment):
- You can simply click on Fulfilment in the Client App to sign in.
- You will be automatically logged into the Seller Portal via the App Switcher (no need to re-enter credentials).
