All third party LTL or FTL/FCL deliveries to Flexport's warehouses will require a delivery appointment through Conduit. Carriers can schedule delivery appointments by following the below steps.
Notes:
All floor loaded shipments will need to be dropped and will not be live unloaded.
The entire inbound (i.e., PO) must arrive in one appointment. Splitting POs across multiple trailers/containers is not allowed.
1. Appointment link
Go to your inbound on Seller Portal to access the pre-populated Conduit link or add your carrier email to send them the link.
Navigate to the Conduit link and populate the missing fields such as Trailer / Container # before proceeding to the next page.
Alternatively, navigate to the Conduit Flexport scheduling page. Select the warehouse for which an appointment is required.
Populate the Flexport Inbound # field with the Omni PO number, Merchant PO number or FLEX-ID.
Note: A single appointment can be used for multiple POs separated by commas as shown in below image. Do not use ; - or / to separate the POs.

2. Request delivery appointment
Input the carrier name, carrier email (multiple emails can be added) and carrier phone number before proceeding to the next page.
Note: The email entered here can be used to update this appointment in the future. This is also the email that will get notifications regarding the appointment and when a drop container is ready for pickup.
Select from the eligible time slots displayed and click on Send Request.
This completes the necessary steps to schedule an appointment and the carrier will see a confirmation screen which includes their facility check-in code. From here, the carrier will be able to view the status of their appointment, reschedule, edit, or cancel, as necessary.
