Prep and Inbound Shipment Status
As soon as the products are received and sorted to the Prep station, the Prep team requires at maximum three business days to finalize the preparation process. When the Prep process begins, the status will update to “With Prep”. Once Prep is completed, the status will update to "Forwarding". If there is non-compliance, this will cause delays as normal Service Level Agreements (SLAs) no longer apply.
|Ready to Ship||Your shipment has been created. Your shipments are either ready to ship, or are already in transit.|
Your shipment is on its way to the fulfillment center.
If we do not have any tracking information, your shipment will go directly to Forwarding status once the fulfillment center has begun receiving.
Your shipment has been received by the crossdock and our Prep team is processing your shipment. This will take up to 72 business hours, unless your shipment is non-compliant.
*This status applies only if you requested Flexport Prep on a 'Forwarding' shipping plan.

Viewing Prep Details
When clicking into the Completed Shipments page for an Inbound with Prep, you will be able to see a Prep Details card that summarizes the status of your Prep job.
This card will provide different information depending on the status of the Prep job including:
- Prep services requested
- Prep started date
- Estimated Prep completed date
- Prep completed date
