The descriptions and requirements for each status are below for Freight Inbounds

Shipment Statuses
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Draft | Your shipping plan has been created but not completed. Once SKUs are added it saves as Draft — otherwise it has no status. |
| Booked | Your shipment is confirmed as booked with Flexport. We are pending a confirmed estimated time of departure. |
| Ready for Pickup | We have confirmed the cargo ready date with your supplier. |
| Picked up from Supplier | Your cargo has been picked up from your supplier and is in transit to the origin port or warehouse for consolidation. |
| Departed from Origin Port | Your shipment is confirmed on the water and in transit to the destination port. |
| Arrived at Destination Port | Your shipment is on its way to cross-docking or the fulfillment center. |
| Arrived at Flexport Facility | Your cargo is undergoing deconsolidation at the designated warehouse. |
| Receiving | The fulfillment center has begun receiving your shipment. There may be a short delay before items are available for fulfillment. |
| Delivered to Final Destination | Your shipment has been delivered. A proof of delivery is now available. |
| Ready to Replenish | Inventory is low. You can now submit a new booking to replenish your stock. |
| Prep at Flexport Warehouse | Your shipment has been received and our prep team is processing it. This takes up to 72 business hours unless your shipment is non-compliant. Applies only if you requested Prep on a Forwarding shipping plan. |
| Forwarding | At least one box in your shipment has arrived at a crossdock and is being organized and forwarded to fulfillment centers. If you requested Prep, this status means our Prep team has completed processing. Applies only to Forwarding shipping plans. |
| Delivered to Amazon FBA | Your shipment has been delivered to Amazon. Contact your Amazon Support Specialist for additional details. |

| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| In Draft | Your shipping plan has been created but not completed. Once SKUs are added it saves as In Draft — otherwise it has no status. |
| Ready to Ship | Your shipment has been created and is either ready to ship or already in transit. |
| In Transit | Your shipment is on its way to the fulfillment center. If you shipped with Flexport rates or provided tracking, this means your carrier has confirmed it is in transit. Without tracking, your shipment will move directly to Forwarding once the FC begins receiving. |
| Arrived | Your shipment has arrived at the crossdock or fulfillment center. |
| With Prep | Your shipment has been received and our prep team is processing it. This takes up to 72 business hours unless your shipment is non-compliant. |
| Forwarding | Our prep team has completed processing your shipment and it is being forwarded to fulfillment centers. |
| Receiving | The fulfillment center has begun receiving your shipment. There may be a short delay before items are available for fulfillment. |
| Action Needed | There are items in your shipment that need to be addressed. Check your Seller Portal for details. |
| Completed | Your inbound shipment has been fully processed and received. |

| In Draft | Your shipping plan has been created but has not been completed. Once your shipping plan has SKU(s) added, it will be saved as In Draft. Otherwise, they are not saved and will have no status. |
| Ready to Ship | Your shipment has been created. Your shipments are either ready to ship, or are already in transit. |
| In Transit |
Your shipment is on its way to the fulfillment center. If you shipped with Flexport rates or provide your tracking information, then this means that your carrier has notified us that your shipment is in transit. If we do not have any tracking information, your shipment will go directly to Forwarding status once the fulfillment center has begun receiving. |
| Arrived | Your shipment has arrived at the crossdock or the fulfillment center. |
| With Prep | Your shipment has been received and our prep team is processing your shipment. This will take up to 72 business hours, unless your shipment is non-compliant. |
| Forwarding | Indicates that our Prep team has completed processing your shipment. |
| Receiving | The fulfillment center has begun receiving your shipment. There may be some delay between when an item is received to when it is available for final delivery. |
| Action Needed | There are items in your shipment which need to be addressed by merchant. |
