This article outlines the steps to connect Loop from Flexport seller portal. Adding Loop to your Seller Portal account helps you to:

• Get all returns in Loop created and processed in Flexport
• Track progress on returns on Flexport
• Get inspection notes from Flexport to your Loop account

Connecting Loop account

First, login to https://portal.flexport.com if you aren’t already.

Next, visit Returns -> Setting https://portal.flexport.com/returns/settings

Click +Connect below Loop 

This screen will show up. Move back to loop Developer settings page

Generate Webhook secret & Copy API key and secret from Loop by navigating to Settings -> Developers -> API Key:

Paste API Key and secret on Seller Portal’s page and click on Connect

You’ll now see Flexport’s address to be updated on Loop
