You can connect your preferred Return Management System ("RMS") to Flexport for returns creation, management, and refunds. Flexport will automatically start ingesting all returns created via RMS, inspect returns delivered to Flexport's address (if you've selected "Return to Flexport" when setting up Returns), and send updates to RMS on the inspection outcomes ("dispositions").
The Flexport Seller Portal supports the following RMSs: Loop, ReturnGo, and Amazon.

Connecting to a RMS
- In the Flexport Portal, select Returns → Settings
- Click + Connect below the RMS that you would use
- Enter the API key generated by the RMS (see "Supported RMS Integrations" below)
- Click Connect
- Update your RMS with the provided Flexport address in this format -

Updating RMS credentials
Sometimes, your RMS credentials must be updated because the RMS has generated a new API key or token.
- In the Flexport Portal, select Returns → Settings
- Click Manage Integrations below the RMS you are using
- Click Update Credentials
- Enter the new API key generated by the RMS
- Click Save
Disconnect a RMS
- In the Flexport Portal, select Returns → Settings
- Click Manage Integrations below the RMS you are using
- Click Disconnect
📌 Important Note: Remove Flexport's address from your RMS to stop new returns going to Flexport
Supported RMS Integrations
Loop
- In Loop, select Settings → Developers
- In the API Keys section, click Generate API key
📌 A paid/upgraded Loop subscription may be needed for API access. - Copy the generated key so you can enter the key in the Flexport Portal (see "Connecting to a RMS" above)
- In Loop, select Settings → Destinations
- Click Edit on the default destination address
- Update the address to Flexport's warehouse (see "Connecting to a RMS" above)
- Click Save
ReturnGO
- In ReturnGO, select Settings → Integrations → Products & Services
- Click Add product or service
- Choose Flexport from the New Product or service integration dropdown
- Click the green ✔
- Click Connect
- Enter your Flexport Seller Portal username and password. If successful, Flexport will be added to the list of integrations.
- Make sure Create RMA is enabled
- Select Settings → Return Methods
- Choose Ship with Pre-Paid Label
- Click Edit and update the address to Flexport's warehouse (see "Connecting to a RMS" above)
- Click Save
📌 You'll need to contact support to update your account for ReturnGo usage.
Amazon
- In the Flexport Seller Portal, click Connect Amazon
- Enter your Amazon Seller Central username and password.
- Follow Amazon's instructions.
