To start processing returns with Flexport, follow the step below:

Step 1: Getting Started

1. Log into Flexport Portal and click "Returns" on the left sidebar.
2. Click on "Get Started for free."

Step 2: Select Return Destination

Specify how you want to process your returns. To start, select one option - you can enable both options later.

1. Return to Flexport
   We'll process your returns within 3 business days for $3 per item
   
   
2. Return to your location
   Don't need us to process your returns?
   Get returns sent directly back to you instead.

Step 3a: Return to Flexport

1. Select this option to have Flexport process your returns.
   
   
   
   
2. Click on "Complete setup."

Step 3b: Return to your location

1. Enter the address of the location where you want the returns to be sent.
   
   
   
   
2. Click on "Complete setup."
