Before you get started
Once you’ve connected Pipe17 with Flexport, Flexport will immediately sync with your product catalog in Pipe17, including any marketplaces (e.g., Shopify) you’ve previously connected to Pipe17. If Pipe17 is your first Flexport integration and you’d like Flexport to fulfill orders right away, be sure that you’ve already created an inbound and shipped inventory to our fulfillment centers.
Pipe17 creates records for both your products and your inventory. Only products that have inventory will have an inventory record created. To avoid duplicate product records from being created, it's important to check that the SKU in Flexportand in the marketplace match prior to connecting Pip17 to Flexport. Additionally, be sure to remove any spaces from your SKUs (SKU values with spaces will not import into Pipe17 properly).

Next Steps
Be sure you have inventory
If Pipe17 is your first integration you're connecting to Flexport: Create an inbound to send us inventory. Learn more in the Inbounds section of our Help Center.
If Pipe17 is your 2nd, 3rd, or later integration: We will automatically sync your catalog with your Flexport catalog. This syncing process is based on the SKU value that we see on your products connected to Pipe17. If there is not a current DSKU (Flexport SKU) with the same SKU of a given product, then we create a new DSKU to connect to the Pipe17 channel alias.
