This article provides instructions on how to connect Pipe17 to Deliverr using the basic setup (most common). If you wish to connect via a direct connection with the Pipe17 API (typically used when more customization is needed), please see Pipe17’s Help Center article, Connect to Deliverr via Pipe17 API. The API connection will require the assistance of a developer and access to Postman or an equivalent API-testing tool.
To connect Pipe17 to a specific marketplace via basic setup, please see Pipe17’s Help Center article, Configure Your Connectors.
NOTE: Additional setup may be required if you are also using an ERP solution, such as NetSuite. For instruction on how to configure this type of solution, please see Pipe17’s Connector-specific Setup Guide.
Before you get started
Once you’ve connected Pipe17 with Deliverr, Deliverr will immediately sync with your product catalog in Pipe17, including any marketplaces (e.g., Shopify) you’ve previously connected to Pipe17. If Pipe17 is your first Deliverr integration and you’d like Deliverr to fulfill orders right away, be sure that you’ve already created an inbound and shipped inventory to our fulfillment centers.
Pipe17 creates records for both your products and your inventory. Only products that have inventory will have an inventory record created. To avoid duplicate product records from being created, it's important to check that the SKU in Deliverr and in the marketplace match prior to connecting Pip17 to Deliverr. Additionally, be sure to remove any spaces from your SKUs (SKU values with spaces will not import into Pipe17 properly).
Step 1: Add Deliverr as a Pipe17 integration
Log in to Pipe17 and click ‘Integrations’ in the left sidebar menu.
A popup will appear. Select ‘Deliverr’ and then click ‘Add.’
Step 2: Click ‘Connect’ to share your Pipe17 API keys with Deliverr
In the next popup, click ‘Connect’ to generate your Deliverr API keys.
You will be redirected to Deliverr in a new tab. Your API keys will automatically input into the API Key field and your integration will begin syncing. If you already have products in the marketplaces connected to Pipe17, Deliverr will begin syncing your catalog.
Step 3: Make sure the ‘Send Shipping Requests to Deliverr’ toggle is switched on (purple)
After you’ve successfully connected Deliverr with Pipe17, go back into your Pipe17 account. In Pipe17’s Deliverr integration, go to the Settings tab. ‘Send Shipping Requests to Deliverr’ should be turned on if you have inventory in your Flexport Portal account and are ready to start fulfilling with Deliverr. If you have not created an inbound and shipped inventory to our fulfillment centers, turn this feature off until Deliverr has processed your inventory and you see available units in your Flexport Portal.
Step 4: A “Deliverr” location will be added to Pipe17 automatically
Deliverr will add a “Deliverr” location to your Pipe 17 account automatically, where Pipe17 will direct shipping requests for orders routed to Deliverr.
Next Steps
Be sure you have inventory
If Pipe17 is your first integration you're connecting to Deliverr: Create an inbound to send us inventory. Learn more in the Inbounds section of our Help Center.
If Pipe17 is your 2nd, 3rd, or later integration: We will automatically sync your catalog with your Deliverr catalog. This syncing process is based on the SKU value that we see on your products connected to Pipe17. If there is not a current DSKU (Deliverr SKU) with the same SKU of a given product, then we create a new DSKU to connect to the Pipe17 channel alias. Learn more about DSKUs and channel aliases in What are SKU Aliases (Links) in Deliverr?
