SIOC non-compliance |
As detailed in our long-standing product requirements, items weighing over 20 lbs or larger than 18” x 14” x 8” are required to ship in their own container (SIOC). If an item does not meet SIOC requirement, additional fees will be applied to cover the extra handling and packaging necessary to meet compliance standards. This surcharge will be applied at outbound.
