To get orders fulfilled, you must set up a scheduled task to automatically assign orders to be sent to Flexport. You can set up the "order allocation" plugin in Sellercloud or implement your own custom plugin to automate orders to be sent over..
Orders will be sent over when:
- Walmart Marketplace order AND a Rush order; OR
- eBay order AND its sub-type is eBay Guaranteed Delivery (eBay Now); AND
- All order items have sufficient inventory in the warehouse to fulfill the order
If the above requirements are met, the plugin will automatically set an order's ship-to warehouse to the one in the company custom setting Flexport warehouse ID. Again, all items in an order must have sufficient inventory in the warehouse (based on the custom setting) or it will not change the warehouse assigned to the order.
Step 1: Set up a scheduled task in SellerCloud.
Log into your SellerCloud account.
Go to Settings > Toolbox > Scheduled Tasks
You will need to create an Order Export Schedule task. More information on how to create it is available here.
Step 2: Assign the warehouse for SellerCloud to use.
In order for the order allocation plugin to work properly, you will create a custom setting assigning the Flexport warehouse ID. You can do this under Settings > Toolbox > Custom Settings. Create a new setting by entering "Flexport warehouse ID" as the Setting Name and the setting value as the correct warehouse's ID, and then hit Save. You can retrieve the numerical warehouse ID from the Warehouses page under the Settings tab.
Speak to Sellercloud support to have this plugin added to your account if you are unable to set it up yourself. More information on how to set this up is available here.
