If you are using Sellbrite and want Flexport to start fulfilling your Shopify orders, you will need to make the following changes within your Shopify account.
NOTE: If you are using Sellbrite as a listing tool for Shopify orders, do not connect Shopify directly to your Flexport Portal account as an additional connection. This can cause duplicate orders.
Step 1: Start in Shopify
Click ‘Settings,’ then ‘Locations.’
.
Step 2: Click ‘Add location’
Create a location for Flexport, using the following address information.
577 Howard St., 4th Floor
San Francisco, CA 94105, USA
Step 3: Set Flexport as the #1 priority for fulfillment location
Go to ‘Settings,’ then ‘Locations.’ Under "Fulfillment priority," click ‘View or edit fulfillment priority’ and drag “Flexport” to the top of the list. Then, click ‘Save.’
Step 4: Go to your Sellbrite account
You will have to map your "Warehouse location” in Sellbrite to your "Shopify fulfillment locations." Click ‘Listings,’ then ‘Shopify’ (If Shopify has not already been connected, add it as a channel first). Click ‘Channel Settings.’ Here, you can select ‘Map Deliverr to Shopify Flexport warehouse.’ This will sync your locations from Shopify.
Step 5: Add each SKU to the Deliverr warehouse
Go to ‘Products,’ then ‘Inventory’ and select each SKU that you require Flexport to fulfill. Make sure that the product is added to the Deliverr warehouse.
Step 6: Turn on Inventory Sync
Go to ‘Settings,’ then ‘Sales Channel Integrations’ and select ‘Shopify.’ Toggle the Inventory Sync to the "on" position.
Step 7: Set Deliverr as the #1 priority for fulfillment location for Shopify
On the same page as the Inventory Sync from the above step, drag and drop the Deliverr warehouse location into the number one position. Your changes will save automatically.
