Described below are instructions for creating parcel labels in bulk (max 50) by uploading a CSV form.

Flexport requires the following information to generate a shipping label:

| Customer Parcel ID | Your unique identifier to your parcel. This is used for your own reference. |
| Injection Location |
Indicate the injection location. We accept the following airport codes for this field: LAX - Los Angeles |
| Service Level | Indicate the Service Level. We accept the following: Expedited delivers in 1-5 business days. Standard delivers in 1-7 business days. |
| Recipient Name (Full Name) | Address field |

| Label Footer Message | A custom message up to 25 characters on the label. (Optional) |
| Order Number / Customer custom field | Your unique identifier to your order. This is used for your own reference. |
