To initiate the claims process, we kindly request that you proceed with accepting the delivery of your goods and carefully document any losses or damages you may have incurred. Once you have completed this step, you can proceed to file a claim through the appropriate channel:
- Purchased Flexport Insurance: Provide a claim breakdown and any other relevant documentation to InsuranceClaims@flexport.com

Did not purchase Flexport Insurance: Please provide a formal intent to claim on company letterhead to RiskManagement@flexport.com. This letter must include, but is not limited to, the following:
- The amount claimed
- The method of calculating the amount claimed
- Any documentation that supports the damage alleged to have been caused by Flexport
- Any documentation that supports the calculation of damage
- Destruction certificate and/or proof of salvage proceeds, if any
