Wholesale Orders that are being transported FTL/LTL can be scheduled up to 30 days in advance.
Scheduling allows you to provide us a date that you want your order to be picked up. If you are using our Flexport Freight services, we guarantee that the order will be picked up on this date or 1 business day earlier. If you are using your own carrier, we will provide you the pallet count and dimensions at least 2 business days prior to your selected ship by date.

Scheduling a wholesale order
Navigate to Wholesale Orders on the sidebar and click on "Create Order"
Add the destination address
Please select the products you wish to ship.
Please select the desired preparation option to proceed, or select 'Skip' if no preparation is required
Please select Shipping option you wish to use
- When selecting your shipping method, you will see the option to change your ship by date. The default ship by date is ASAP, but you can select a date up to 30 days in the future. Please add your shipment details
Please confirm your transfer
Once you submit the order, you will see it appear in your Wholesale Orders tab as "Scheduled." 4 business days prior to your selected ship by date, this order will change from scheduled status to "Processing"
