You can get started by creating an account and clicking on the Freight section on the left-hand menu. Then, just follow the instructions and you’ll be good to go!
Navigate to the “Freight” section on the left-hand menu.
Click Quote Shipment button at Top Right
Review Shipment Details
Add Pickup Details
Add Delivery Details
Review Freight Instructions
Add Cargo Details
Note – If the shipment is <=6 pallets, we ask for dimensions and individual weight. If the shipment is >6 pallets, we will only ask for the total weight.
Proceed to Review and Confirm Shipment
Click Confirm to book shipment. You will be brought to the Shipment Confirmation page
Click Next to the Shipment Overview page
Review Pickup Instructions and download pallet labels as necessary.
Download the BOL and have it on hand to give to your driver.
The Shipment Tracker at the bottom of this page will be populate with updates as your shipment is tendered and picked up.
This tracking information can also be found at the following link (freight-tracking.deliverr.com) by putting in your BOL #. This number can be found at the top left section of your order details page.
*If you need to cancel your freight pickup, please email freight@deliverr.com. This must be done at least 24 hours before the pick up or charges may still apply. If this is urgent, please reach out to our Support Team to cancel and cc freight@deliverr.com.
