If you are fulfilling orders with Flexport through a BigCommerce direct integration, you cannot have your BigCommerce account connected to any other integration that is also connected to Flexport.
Verify BigCommerce Settings
Flexport does not support multiple shipping addresses per order. In your BigCommerce store admin, navigate to Advanced Settings -> Checkout and ensure that the "Allow customers to select multiple shipping addresses for an order" checkbox is NOT checked:
To help prevent overselling, Flexport will periodically update the stock level for Flexport-fulfilled items with the current value. For this to work, ALL listings for items that are sent to Flexport to fulfill should be configured to track inventory. To check the status of an item, find the product details page in BigCommerce, choose Inventory from the sidebar, and ensure that the "Track Inventory" checkbox is on.
If your product has multiple variants, you will also need to choose the "On the Variant level" radio button. Then scroll down to Product Options > Variations and ensure there is a unique value in the SKU field.
