Every SellerActive account has a specific API key and Seller ID that you will need to connect your account to Flexport. The location of this information will differ depending on what version of SellerActive you are using.

Older versions

Step 1: Go to the cog with a downward arrow in the upper right hand corner and select ‘Store Profile’ from the dropdown menu

Step 2: You will find your seller ID and API Key under the API Credentials section

New version

Step 1: Go to ‘Products Workspace’ or ‘Listings Workspace’ 

Step 2: Select your email address on the left side of the screen to expand a menu, then select ‘Store Profile’

Step 3: You will find your seller ID and API Key under the API Credentials section
