Get started with SHEIN Marketplace here. A SHEIN Business Development specialist will review and approve your application. As soon as your application is approved, please add the SHEIN Marketplace integration to your Seller Portal account and connect your SHEIN account. For additional guidance, please follow these steps to integrate your Seller Portal account with SHEIN.
2. I completed the application form on SHEIN, but why can’t I see my storefront on the Seller Portal yet?
A SHEIN Business Development Specialist will contact you within 24-48 hours of application completion. If you are an existing Flexport merchant and haven’t received a response from a SHEIN Business Development Specialist, please email sellwithus@shein.com for an update on the status of your application.
3. I’m an existing SHEIN Marketplace and Flexport Seller. Do I need to change how I import orders to Flexport?
Once you connect your SHEIN storefront to your Seller Portal account, it is important that you stop manually importing orders to Flexport from SHEIN Marketplace. If you continue doing so, this will lead to duplicate orders being sent to Flexport.
