If you're using a Return Management System (RMS) for returns creation, management and refunds, you can easily connect your preferred RMS to Flexport. Click each RMS name to read our in-depth articles on how to connect each RMS to Flexport. Flexport will automatically start ingesting all returns created in RMS, inspect returns that are delivered to Flexport's address (if you've opted for inspection service aka "Return to Flexport"), and send updates to RMS on the inspection outcomes .i.e., dispositions.
