Flexport accepts four types of packing materials (dunnage):
- Foam
- Air pillows
- Full sheets of paper
- Bubble wrap
All other types are not acceptable, including:
- Packing peanuts
- Shredded paper
- Newspaper
Products received packed with unacceptable packing materials are non-compliant and will incur associated fees.
