Products - Available SKUs With Alias Counts Report

Description

This report lists all of the SKUs (stock keeping units) in your catalog, as well as how many aliases (links or connections to specific products/listings) they have to your connected integrations. Learn more about SKU Aliases.

This same information is visible on the inventory details page (go to Inventory in the Flexport Portal and choose a specific SKU), but that only shows the aliases for one SKU at a time. This report shows that same alias information at a glance for all of your SKUs.

This report is the same as the Products - All SKUs With Alias Counts report, but only shows SKUs with available inventory.

Purpose

Use this report after you connect a new integration to your Flexport Portal to verify that the new product catalog has fully synced with your existing catalog. From here, you can fix any catalog sync errors so that future inbounds and orders work as expected.

For example, choose an integration column like 'Amazon' and use your spreadsheet tool (Excel, Numbers, Google Sheets, etc) to filter for 'Amazon' is <<blank>>. The rows are all the SKUs that don't have a link to Amazon. If you do sell this particular SKU on Amazon, then click the URL for this row to go the inventory details page, and then add an alias for this SKU to Amazon. The above process of fixing missing aliases in your catalog is easier to do for just SKUs in your catalog that have available inventory rather than for your entire catalog. For this use case, use this report (only SKUs with inventory, a smaller set) instead of the other Products - Available SKUs With Alias Counts report (all SKUs, a larger set).
