If you have ever submitted a ticket with Flexport, you can view all of your historical requests in the requests section of the Support center. Your first time signing-in you should reset your password: "Forgot my password")
Please let our Support team know if you have multiple users requiring access to tickets, and we can create a shared "Organization" view for your team.
Within Your SellerPortal
You can also get in touch with our team as well as view current conversations by selecting the Help option on the right of your screen within your SellerPortal:
1. Go to "contact support"
Here, you can view all the tickets that you have filed in the past with Flexport and keep track of them.
2. Create new ticket to file a new request for our team.
A team member will reach out to you asap! Whenever you want to see their responses, you can navigate to this spot to keep track of your tickets. You should also receive an email response.
