To increase both speed and reliability for Fast Tags Programs (Walmart Fast Tags, Shopify Fast Tags, EBay Fast Tags & ShopPromise), we are launching a new delivery speed to power Fast Tags Programs – introducing Flexpedited! Flexpedited uses data to dynamically upgrade delivery speeds to three days or less whenever possible via ground shipping methods. With Flexpedited, we project that on average 70% of shipments within our network may be eligible for an upgrade compared to 26% of shipments that are eligible via our Standard service level (upgrades vary by merchant). Flexpedited allows you to offer faster shipping without incurring the higher cost of Expedited services. Going forward, if you want to leverage Fast Tags, you must use Flexpedited services. Starting February 8, merchants using Fast Tags Programs will be enrolled in the Flexpedited service level and associated rates. Flexpedited service follows a 'pay for what you get' model, so for orders that do not qualify for three days or less delivery promises, only Standard rates apply. |

Expected delivery speeds are only applicable for contiguous United States and not for regions outside of it (e.g., AK, HI, etc.) Note that shipments previously labeled "Non-Fast Tag" 1,2, or 3 day shipping will now be labeled as "Expedited" 1, 2, or 3 day in the Portal. |

You must match your shipping options to one or more of the above service levels to ensure your orders are being fulfilled accordingly. If you’ve previously mapped your options and would like to maintain them, no action is required from you.
Having a fast shipping badge on your website can increase trust and boost conversion. If you wish to enroll in Fast Tags, please follow the Help Center instructions for Shopify, Walmart, and Ebay. If you wish to remove Fast Tags and ship with Standard rates instead of Flexpedited, you will need to turn off Fast Tags using the instructions linked here for all items, or to turn off by item, use the instructions linked here. For Shopify Fast Tags, prior to Fast Tag deactivation, you must also ensure you have set up a default shipping method on Shopify (instructions linked here).
PO boxes are not eligible for expedited shipping methods and only able to be delivered via USPS.
