If you're having issues with a particular order, feel free to contact our Support team. Providing the Order ID will help us to resolve your issue more quickly. Here's how to find the order ID in your Walmart and Shopify accounts.
In Walmart Seller Center, select ‘Order Management’ from the menu and click ‘Orders.’ In the order list, locate the order you're having issues with. Copy only the Purchase order # (This is a 15-digit number). The Purchase Order # is not necessary to share with our Support team for assistance, only the Order ID.
In Shopify, select ‘Orders’ from the menu and locate the particular order that you're having problems with. In the URL, copy the number directly after /orders/. Do not use the ID that is the header, as it is not a unique Order ID in the Shopify system.
